When you add a member, KoloFlow calls the Nomba API to generate a unique NUBAN (Nigerian Uniform Bank Account Number) for them. Any bank transfer to that account triggers a webhook, and the system automatically reconciles the payment against the member's outstanding obligations — oldest first.

Members can transfer from any Nigerian bank — commercial, microfinance, or mobile money. The virtual accounts are standard NUBAN accounts that work with the entire national payment infrastructure.

No hard limits. KoloFlow is built to scale from a 10-person ajo group to a 500+ member estate association. Each cooperative gets its own isolated workspace with its own set of virtual accounts.

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Financial operations go through Nomba's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We use role-based access controls so treasurers, secretaries, and regular members only see what they need to.

KoloFlow is free to start. You only pay a small fee per successful transaction — no monthly subscriptions, no per-seat charges. Pricing scales with your cooperative's actual usage.

Yes. Every transaction, reconciliation event, and member activity is logged with timestamps. You can export the full ledger to CSV at any time, or share a read-only dashboard link with your board.
